2022 National Philoptochos Convention Sponsors
The biennial convention would not be imaginable without the support of our benevolent donors. As we look back at the 2022 National Convention, we’d like to thank the sponsors who made the event possible!
AGAPE Awards
“I will show you my faith by my works.” James 2:18
Agape is defined as the highest form of love, charity, and the love of God for man and of man for God. For the past two years, as our world faced the COVID-19 pandemic, Philoptochos faced unprecedented challenges as a philanthropic organization. Truth be told, it was the individual Philoptochos chapters, both large and small, whose outreach capabilities were most challenged.
The nine Chapters with the most outstanding outreach were announced and honored at the AGAPE Awards Breakfast, on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel. AGAPE represents All Generations Achieving Philanthropic Endeavors. In the true spirit of AGAPE and philanthropia, each recipient shared its philanthropic outreach during the COVID-19 pandemic. This period is remembered as one of great challenges, but also one of great triumphs.
2020 Chapter Challenge
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the unique set of circumstances to hold a Virtual Convention, the 2020 Chapter Challenges were put on hold to be presented at the 2022 Convention.
